These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits or uses howtosurviveinthewild.com (the "site"). In these terms, "we", "our" and "us" mean Euclid Squared Inc., which operates How to Survive in the Wild.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
How to Survive in the Wild is the website of Talk Survival, a YouTube channel about bushcraft, survival skills and camping gear. Euclid Squared Inc. operates the site.
The site offers written guides, videos from the channel, a store and a free weekly email. You do not need an account to use it.
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to harass, threaten or harm anyone.
Do not try to reach parts of the site or its systems that are not public. Do not interfere with how the site works, overload it with automated traffic, or copy its content in bulk with scrapers or bots. Do not sign up other people for the newsletter without their permission.
Everything on the site and in our videos about bushcraft, survival skills, camping and gear is general education. It is not professional training, and it does not replace a course with a qualified instructor. We do not know your skills, your health, your gear or where you are, so what we show may not fit your situation.
Outdoor activity carries real risk, including serious injury and death. Fire, knives and tools, cold, heat, water, weather, wild animals and wild food can all hurt you.
You are responsible for your own safety and for the choices you make. In an emergency, call 911 in the United States, or your local emergency number anywhere else.
Products in our store are sold through Fourthwall. When you buy, you check out on Fourthwall, and Fourthwall handles your payment, your order and its delivery.

How to Survive in the Wild Weekly is free. You join only after you confirm your address from the email we send, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. We may change how often it is sent, or stop sending it.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep when you sign up and how we use it.
The site links to websites and services that we do not control, including YouTube, where our videos are hosted, and Fourthwall, which runs our store. Some pages may also name or link to gear makers and retailers. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content, products or how they work.
The content on the site, including its text, images, videos, logos and design, is owned by Euclid Squared Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.
You may link to our pages and quote short passages with credit and a link back. Do not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission. Other company and product names on the site belong to their owners.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We try to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise that its content is complete, correct or up to date, or that the site will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, Euclid Squared Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss, damage, injury or death that results from your use of the site, from relying on its content, or from any outdoor activity, skill or product described on the site.
